Last banishment from my childhood, tripe!! This on Last banishment from my childhood, tripe!! This one is very good though, simmered in Thai red curry and some left over pasta. I used to hate tripe and baked beans, but now love all the pulses when made properly and hated thirdly the packets of so called risotto rice. Luckily I also found the real Italian risotto early on!!!
